Create New Account shows all IP on the server on Reseller WHM.

Reseller is not allowed to create Account with dedicated IP. In reseller center, the option "Allow Creation of Packages with a Dedicated IP" is not checked for any of the resellers. Still they are able to see all IP's and create new Sites with dedicated IP without permission. Reserve IP is also not stoping this, all IPs are available to reseller to create new account.

WHM is

To limit IP per reseller, you should go to

Reseller Center, then select the reseller from drop down menu, then click on Manage Ip Delegation.

On next page select Restrict ips insuranc can use for accounts nd click Save button.

Thats all, now reseller account will not list all available IP's in the server.
