You can back up MySQL database From your control panel.


In the control panel, you will find an entry for phpMyAdmin. Click that and you will be taken to your phpMyAdmin web page. From the left hand drop down box (if you have more then one database), select the database you wish to backup. The database options will then appear in two frames. In the right frame, select the Export tab on the top of that frame. If you want to backup the Structure and data, select that checkbox. Then select ‘save as a file’ and click go. You will then be prompted for a location on your hard drive to save the file to.
