One of my account hosted in linux have a problem. When anyone trying to access ftp://ftp.mywebsite.com it connecting without asking any username or password. It will show only index file and 2 folder namely mail and temp. also someone put one file pdf there and i cant delete that.

Is there anyway to prevent this ?

Disable anonymous ftp
