1. I'm interested to buy a 18 USD windows reseller plan.
Is possible to have a test account to test the control panel, ftp connection and some things more? 
2. Do you sell IP's? If I need one, what is the charge?
3. I see that you provide free hosting. Is not bad for commercial servers? What about the bandwidth?
4. Where are your servers? In India?

We do not provide Free Hosting now.
Yes, we have some sites hosted some time back in Linux Server, none on windows server.
