You can back up MySQL database by loging into cpanel.

There are two ways available.

1) through phpMyAdmin
2) Backup link

phpMyBackup is an PHP written mySQL backup tool.

It can be configured to make scheduled backups of
multiple MySQL databses at the same time, and then
transfer the gziped backups to a FTP server.
