To Upgrade cPanel you can either click on "Upgrade to the Latest Version" in WHM under the cPanel catagory.

From Shell you can also run

Quote:
/scripts/upcp

We recommand doing it via Shell/SSH instead as it is more reliable. If you need to force an update to fix a curropt file in cPanel you can add --force to the end of the command.

Quote:
/scripts/upcp --force
