This will show a default index.html page for all new accounts isntead of the directory listing.

1. Create the index page file.
Create the index.html file that you want viewed for all new accounts.
Save this as index.html

2. Upload the file to the server.
Connect to your server via FTP, and upload the new index.html to
/cpanel3-skel/public_html

3. Create a test account under that resellers account, and verify the page works.
