when i try to install the advanced guestbook i get the message

Are you on shared server or a dedicated server ?

Hi,

I solved the issue by updating addons on server.

/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 --updateaddons

Thanks for sharing the solution.

addons should be updated by cpanel cron. May be for some reason, it won't get updated.
