I tried to delete a domain name on my HELM control panel. I am getting following error message.

Unable to delete domain. Please try again or contact support.

I have logged into server and checked error log at

The error is due to a MySQL data base , that is present in HELM not found in the server.

To slove the problem log into server and create a mysql database with that name.

There is a trick to solve this problem.

Go to

C:\MySQL\data

Then create a folder with the name of MySQL database that gives the error.

Now you will be able to delete the domain or MySQL database from HELM.
